As of June 2022 new boiler installations must comply with 'Approved Document L of The Building Regulations', which is aimed at conserving fuel and energy.
This legislation has made the process of installing/replacing a new boiler in accordance with Building Regulations significantly more time consuming and expensive.
Providing a price for a new/replacement boiler installation will require 1-2 hours at your property (depending on the size of the property) to obtain the relevant information to accurately calculate the specific heat requirements for your property. After this we start creating a list of the materials that will be required and THEN we can obtain a price for those materials from the wholesalers.
