If replacement parts are required, these will be an additional cost, but will not be installed without your prior approval.

If you are calling us out due to a leak/flood this price will stop the flow of water.

If the duration of the repair is likely to exceed one hour, we will provide you with a fixed price to complete the work.
All appointments are made online using the online booking system which will automatically notify the engineer by email upon completion with instructions of where to go.
Currently there is insufficient demand to switch from a part-time virtual assistant, to a full time sales team capable of safely processing your payments over the phone 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and for this reason all payments/appointments are made online..

Regular appointments are available on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday at either 9:30am, 11:30am, 1:30pm, or 3:30pm for just £187.00 with an initial 'Diagnostic Service' available on selected services for just £97.00.
Sometimes new parts will be required to complete a repair and whilst we carry a range of spare parts, it's simply not possible to carry every spare part for every emergency situation we might encounter.
If we do not have the part you need and the wholesalers are closed, we may need to carry out a temporary repair (Or isolate the water supply?) and return at a later date when parts can be obtained to provide you with a more permanent solution.
